What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment starts with a conversation — we’ll ask about your symptoms, your history, and what’s brought you in. From there, Dr. Jon Heller or Dr. Alicia Lazzara will perform a thorough exam and walk you through what they’re seeing and what your options look like, in plain language, before any decisions get made.

New Patient Forms

To save time at check-in, new patient forms are available in advance through our Patient Portal. Filling them out ahead of your visit means less waiting and more time actually talking with your doctor.

  • Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

We know weekday appointments aren’t always realistic — that’s why we keep Saturday hours available for our patients.
